Virus Warning

Exhibit Management Solutions
has recently received many emails containing a virus called
W32.Klez.e@mm. It appears that some users have also gotten an email containing
the virus with a "From" field indicating that the virus was sent
from our mail server, but this is not the case.
From the description of this
particular virus found at McAfee:
This W32/Klez
variant has the ability to spoof the email FROM: field. The senders
address used by the virus, may be one that was found on the infected
user's system. Thus, it may appear that you have received this virus from
one person, when it was actually sent from a different user's system.
Viewing the entire email header will display the actual senders address.
We have scanned our
workstations and servers thoroughly with the latest ant-virus software and
have found no indications that this virus is present on any of our
systems. We recommend that if you receive any email with a file
attachment, be sure of it's contents before opening it.
Please also note that the
malicious code contained in this virus can exploit a security
"hole" in Microsoft Internet Explorer, Outlook, and Outlook
Express.

I&D payment policy
clarified and updated

Pre-payment for showfloor services
is the industry standard. Due to the recent number of exhibitors that seem
unwilling to pay in a timely fashion, our I&D contract has been amended
for the following payment policy changes:
If payment is
not received by the date of installation, 10% of the invoice total will be
added as a late fee. If
payment is not received within 30 days after the date of installation, an
additional fee of 10% will be added as a finance charge, compounded
with the late fee for a total of 20%.
As always, customers for the
other services that EMS provides will enjoy 30 day terms.
